I had a great stay at this hotel! First of all, the location was fantastic. Being situated at a roundabout, it was convenient to get to and from the hotel. Plus, the hotel was within walking distance to the old town, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. One detail that stood out was the comfy beds in the clean rooms. After a long day of exploring, it was a delight to sink into a cozy bed and get a good night's sleep. And let's not forget about breakfast - the variety of options offered made for a delicious and satisfying start to the day.
Everything was great and there is nothing that needs improvement.

Resonably priced at CHF 100 per night for a single room - all included - with overall convenient service and location.
Very strong smell of rancid oil everywhere around the hotel and even outside in the open air - at dinner time and some time thereafter. Probably from kitchen smoke extraction to roof ducts that require replacement.

The Hotel had a room rate with free breakfast and staff the staff was nice. The staff didnt speak english but we were able to communicate very easy anyway.
The room had no air condition which is common in the area but it made it hard to sleep at night if the window were open because you could hear every car on the road. Overall we were happy with our stay and the value.

It is a small hotel which made it quite easy to get around. The room was clean and the shower was very good. The breakfast was very good, with fresh bread, fruit, cheese, cold meat and nice coffee.
For people who wished to be based in Konstanz, it required you to take a train. That said, the train station was only a ten minute walk away. The hotel was basic and serves just as a base. There was some traffic noise but not as much as I expected, based on other reviews.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Secondly, the location at the roundabout provided easy access to the old town, which was just a short walk away. Lastly, the breakfast included in the price was nicely presented and had a good variety of options. The owners were also friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
No major issues, everything was alright.

We were a little too late (after last check in time) because of a traffic jam and after we've called with this information, someone of the personnel was so kind to wait for us before closing the doors and reception
There's free Wifi, but couldn't find the password somewhere in the room and it wasn't told to us spontaneously and no one was available to ask at the hour that I realised that

The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was great.
The Löwenstrasse, where the hotel is located, was a bit noisy during the night.

Ive booked the hotel because of its closeness to Konstanz, it was free despite the fact that it was weekend during holydays
Really overpriced for the service the hotel offers. Our room was extremely loud due to high traffic and its location on the main Kreuzlingen crossroad. Poor breakfast buffet and rude lady serving breakfast. Wifi didnt work for half of our stay. Even thoough my card was charged prior to my arrivial, during checkout they wanted me to pay again (luckily I have checked the bank account before, otherwise I would pay twice).

The hotel is well located near the Swiss side, making it easy to access the city. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room had a mini fridge, which was appreciated in keeping some snacks and drinks cool.
Our room was cramped, old-fashioned, and lacked proper maintenance. The beds were outdated and uncomfortable.

The hotel was very disappointing. Even though I modified the booking several days in advance he still wanted to charge me for 3 people instead of 2. We had to go outside the hotel to get to breakfast. It was the most expensive hotel on our tour around the lake and the least value for the money. I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to my friends.
The room was very small and dreary.

I found the hotel very friendly and welcoming and the staff were happy to do anything and made me feel at home.
I booked a single room, but on arrival was given a twin room as mine was not quite ready..and it was the smallest room I had ever seen!!!!!
